2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile app **DartScore+** (hereinafter "App"), available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. It describes the type, scope, and purpose of personal data processing.
3. What Data is Collected?
3.1 Locally Stored Data (on your device only)
The App stores the following data **exclusively on your device**. This data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to us or third parties:
- Game scores and game history
- Player profiles and names
- Game statistics
- App settings (theme, language, vibration)
- Last used game settings per game mode
You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App data in your device settings.
3.2 Data Collected by Third-Party Services
Advertising — AppLovin MAX
We use **AppLovin MAX** to serve advertisements. AppLovin may collect the following data:
- Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID / IDFA)
- IP address
- Device type, operating system, screen size
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
- Approximate location (based on IP address)
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Opt-out on iOS: When you first open the App, you will be asked for permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog. You can revoke this permission at any time under **Settings → Privacy → Tracking**.
Opt-out on Android: You can disable personalized ads under **Settings → Google → Ads**.

In-App Purchases — RevenueCat
We use **RevenueCat** to manage subscriptions (e.g., ad-free experience). The following data is processed:
- Platform (iOS/Android)
- Anonymous user ID (generated by the SDK)
- Purchase history and subscription status
- Entitlements (e.g., "ad-free")
No personal data such as name or email is transmitted to RevenueCat.

No Tracking or Analytics
The App does **not** use any proprietary analytics or crash reporting services (no Firebase Analytics, no Crashlytics, etc.). We do not collect any usage statistics.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties
Personal data is only shared with the third-party providers mentioned in Section 3.2 and solely for the purposes described therein. We do not sell any data.
6. Data Transfers to Third Countries
AppLovin and RevenueCat are US-based companies. Data transfers to the US are carried out on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data Retention
- **Local data:** Stored until the App is uninstalled or data is manually deleted.
- **AppLovin data:** In accordance with AppLovin's Privacy Policy.
- **RevenueCat data:** In accordance with RevenueCat's Privacy Policy. Anonymous user accounts can be deleted upon request.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:

9. Children
The App is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy as needed. The current version is always available in the App and on our website.
