Welcome to TourneyDo ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
A. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The core functionality of TourneyDo — creating tournaments, managing players, tracking scores, and viewing results — operates entirely locally on your device. We use a local database (Hive) to store the following data exclusively on your device:
* Tournament data: Tournament names, types, settings, and status.
* Player data: Player names and associated tournament memberships.
* Match data: Match results, scores, and round information.
* App preferences: Theme settings, language preferences, and other user-configurable options.
* Review eligibility data: App open count, first launch date, and review prompt timestamps (used solely to determine when to show an in-app review request).
We do not collect, transmit, or store any of this data on external servers. All of this information remains on your device. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, this information will be permanently and irrecoverably deleted.
B. Data Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services
When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically by third-party services integrated into the App. This may include:
* Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA for iOS, Google Advertising ID for Android), screen resolution, and language settings.
* Network Information: IP address, mobile carrier, and connection type.
* Usage Data: App interaction data, session duration, crash reports, and performance diagnostics.
* Ad Interaction Data: Ad impressions, clicks, and conversion data.
C. Data We Do NOT Collect
* We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal contact information.
* We do not require account creation or login.
* We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location.
* We do not use analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics).
3. Third-Party Services
We integrate the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing the data it collects:
A. Advertising — AppLovin MAX & Google AdMob
The free version of TourneyDo displays advertisements served through **AppLovin MAX** (mediation platform) and **Google AdMob**. These advertising partners may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and interaction data to serve personalized or contextual advertisements.
* In regions where required by law (e.g., the European Economic Area under GDPR), a Consent Management Platform (CMP) will be presented at first launch, allowing you to manage your consent for personalized advertising and data tracking.
* TourneyDo Pro subscribers do not see any advertisements, and ad-related data collection is minimized for these users.

B. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions — RevenueCat
We use **RevenueCat** to manage the "TourneyDo Pro" subscription. When you interact with the subscription system, RevenueCat may collect:
* Anonymous app user identifiers.
* Purchase receipt data and transaction history.
* Subscription status and entitlement information.
* Device and platform metadata.
We do not process or store your payment card information. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store) through their respective payment infrastructure.

C. In-App Review — Apple & Google Native APIs
TourneyDo may prompt you to rate the App using the native in-app review dialog provided by Apple (StoreKit) or Google (Google Play In-App Review API). This prompt is triggered at positive moments (e.g., after completing a tournament) and is subject to platform-imposed frequency limits. No personal data is collected or transmitted by us through this mechanism; the review dialog is managed entirely by the respective platform.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and processing information through third-party services is:
* Consent: For personalized advertising, obtained through the CMP at first launch. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the App's settings or your device's privacy settings.
* Legitimate Interest: For non-personalized advertising, app functionality, subscription management, crash reporting, and fraud prevention.
* Contractual Necessity: For processing your subscription purchase and providing access to TourneyDo Pro features.
5. How We Use Information
Information collected by third-party services is used to:
* Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features.
* Process your in-app subscription purchases and manage your TourneyDo Pro entitlement.
* Serve advertisements in the free version of the App.
* Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and crashes.
* Comply with legal obligations.
6. Data Retention
* Local data: Retained on your device until you uninstall the App or manually clear app data.
* Third-party data: Subject to the retention policies of each respective third-party service. Please consult their individual privacy policies linked in Section 3.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do **not** sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only with:
* Advertising partners (AppLovin, Google AdMob) for the purpose of serving ads, subject to your consent preferences.
* RevenueCat for subscription validation and management.
* Law enforcement if required by law, legal process, or governmental request.
8. International Data Transfers
Third-party services may transfer data to servers located outside your country of residence, including the United States. These transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms as required by applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy
TourneyDo is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, e.g., 16 in some EU member states). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data through a third-party service while using our App, please contact us, and we will take steps to address the issue.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
