1. Scope These Terms of Use govern the use of the mobile app **DartScore+** (hereinafter "App"), provided by **xinger** (hereinafter "Provider"). By installing and using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

 

2. Description of Service The App is a darts scoring application that offers the following features: - Various game modes (X01, Cricket, Around The World, Bull Rush, Check It Out, Training) - Game history and statistics - Player profiles - Play against bot opponents The App is **free** to use and contains advertisements.

 

3. Premium Subscription

 

3.1 Scope A paid subscription allows you to remove advertisements. Pricing details and billing periods are displayed in the respective store (Google Play / Apple App Store) before purchase.

 

3.2 Duration and Renewal - The subscription renews automatically for the selected period unless cancelled at least **24 hours before** the end of the current period. - Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the same price.

 

3.3 Cancellation - Cancellation is done through the respective store: - **Android:** Google Play Store → Subscriptions - **iOS:** Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions - Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

 

3.4 Refunds Refunds are subject to the respective store's policies (Google Play / Apple). The Provider does not grant separate refunds.

 

4. License The Provider grants you a simple, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App on your personal devices. You may not: - Decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the App - Commercially redistribute the App - Use the App for unlawful purposes

 

5. Availability The Provider strives to ensure uninterrupted availability of the App. There is no guarantee of permanent availability. Certain features (advertising, subscription management) require an internet connection.

 

6. Limitation of Liability - The App is provided "as-is." - The Provider is not liable for data loss caused by device failure, uninstallation, or software updates. - The App is intended solely for entertainment and darts score tracking. Accuracy of calculated values is not guaranteed. - The Provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

 

7. Privacy For details on the processing of personal data, please refer to our **Privacy Policy**.

 

8. Modifications The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated in the App or through the respective store. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

 

9. Governing Law The laws of the Republic of Austria apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the Provider's registered office.

 

10. Severability If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
